My approach isn't built on frameworks — I move through the process, design forward into the future state, and recalibrate as the technology evolves.

It all starts with the process. Through interviews, analysis, and hands-on experience, I immerse myself in the pain points, the dependencies, the opportunities, mapping what I find onto a visual canvas that makes the invisible visible.

These maps, whatever format the problem demands, serve as a shared reference that keeps all sides aligned and turns solutioning into a conversation, not a handoff.

I start shaping the future state before the full picture is in focus. Early assumptions get tested against the canvas, validated by technical experts and business owners, then fed back into the next round of discovery with the people who live the process daily. Each cycle sharpens the resolution of the solution while keeping the footprint lean.
This is how I work. Not in phases that hand off neatly, but in loops that compound, where understanding and design inform each other until what emerges isn’t just feasible, but right.
