The future of innovation starts NOT with Artificial Intelligence...
Project Report:

If there’s one thing I’ve learned at Accenture, it’s that innovation is the business of constant change.
However, with the rise of generative AI, the innovation process itself was destined for change. The question was: what would that look like, and more importantly, how would it reshape the way we innovate in the future?
That was the challenge we took on as a small team within Accenture’s Innovation Unit. Our mission: deliver a working proof of concept for an AI innovation event in mid-June, where we would showcase our vision for the future of innovation. And that future would be incompromisingly human.
With just six months to the event and to build a functioning PoC and clearly communicate what we aimed to achieve, I stepped in as Lead Product and Communication Strategist.
I worked on the product strategy, the UX concept, as well as the technical aspect of how the AI would operate behind the scenes to enable a seamless experience for our innovators. In addition, I developed the concept, wrote the script, and designed the promotional video that conveyed our ambitions and the vision for the product.
Mere days before the main event, we finalized the development of the PoC and successfully unvealed and demoed our product to potential customers at the AI Innovation Event.
Since then, Project Vinci has continued to evolve, moving steadily toward our vision of an innovation process that is as dynamic and intuitive as human thought—enabled by GenAI to empower every individual to unlock their intrinsic innovation potential.
